IrisFlow provides an AI-powered receptionist service that integrates with Cliniko to handle phone calls and book appointments for Australian healthcare practices.

Subscription and Billing

• Service is billed at $199.99/month for unlimited calls and bookings
• 14-day free trial is provided for new customers
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
• No refunds are provided for partial months

Acceptable Use

You agree to use IrisFlow only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
• Attempt to access or interfere with our systems
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

Limitation of Liability

IrisFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any missed bookings, technical issues, or damages arising from use of the service.
